Time relay OFF-delay
Couldn't load pickup availability
Description
The FB_OffDelayRelayTOF function block combines a turn-off delay (TOF) with NO/NC contacts for main and auxiliary circuits. It offers reset, deactivation, and simulation modes, as well as simple fault detection. The outputs are switched depending on the input signal and the delay logic, taking into account turn-off delays.
Note: This module is intended as a template. Before productive use, it must be integrated into the respective control system, tested, and released by qualified personnel. Improper integration may lead to unexpected behavior.
How it works
Reset
Resets all outputs, clears the elapsed time, and deactivates the timer. Errors are cleared.
Disabled
If #Enable
is not set, all outputs remain off, the time is reset and an error is signaled.
simulation
The logic is running in a simulated mode: It is assumed that the delay has completely expired without affecting real outputs. The status and diagnostic code indicate simulation operation.
Normal operation
The TOF timer processes the input signal. After shutdown, the NO/NC contacts are switched with a delay according to the logic. The current elapsed time is displayed, and errors are reset.
